About Me
I love performing, and I love dancing. I first started at the age of 3 and began formal training in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. I had the opportunity to join The Royal Ballet associates, which I was part of for 4 years, during which time I performed in the world renowned ‘Coppelia’. I was a finalist in both The Imperial Classical Ballet awards and The Janet Cram jazz awards, attaining Class Award in the former.
My training continued at London Studio Centre, qualifying with a foundation degree in Performing Arts; whilst there I studied a variety of different styles including, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, street, commercial, hip hop, lindy hop, jazz partnering, lyrical and pointe work.
What I soon came to realise is that my real passion is teaching; watching students learn and grow doing something they love. I have enjoyed teaching across the country and have been fortunate enough to gain experience working with all ages in a variety of dance styles.
I have successfully completed training in ISTD ballet, Tap, Modern as well
as RAD Ballet and drama with LAMDA; I am also a qualified ISTD teacher.
